Thank you for choosing Keystone First – CHIP. These resources will help you find your way to care. If you can’t find what you need, you can refer to the Enrollee handbook. You can also call 1-844-472-2447 (TTY 711) to talk to an Enrollee Services representative 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

To get started:

• Make sure you have your child's ID card.
• Choose your child's primary care provider (PCP).
