Keystone First – CHIP is a managed care organization. Beginning on July 1, 2025, Keystone First – CHIP will serve Enrollees in Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties. Keystone First - CHIP is dedicated to quality health care in Pennsylvania. Our mission at Keystone First – CHIP is to help people get care, stay well, and build healthy communities.

There are a few things you can do before July 1, 2025.

• Check the Keystone First – CHIP online provider directory and confirm all of your child’s providers are in the Keystone First – CHIP network. If your child’s providers are not part of the Keystone First – CHIP network, we can help you find a new one.
• Be on the lookout for your child’s Keystone First – CHIP ID card. We will be mailing this to you before July 1, 2025.  You will only need the one ID card to access your health care benefits.
• We will be sending you a Keystone First – CHIP Welcome Kit in the mail. Review your Welcome Kit. Here you can find important benefit information.

Your child’s health plan will change to Keystone First – CHIP on July 1, 2025.

If your child’s PCP has agreed to be part of the Keystone First – CHIP network, then yes, your child can stay with that PCP.  Please visit the Keystone First – CHIP online provider directory for more information. There you can see if your child’s PCP is in the Keystone First – CHIP network.

If your child’s PCP is not part of the Keystone First – CHIP network, we can help you find a new PCP. If you do not want a new PCP, you will need to choose another CHIP health plan.

Visit the Keystone First – CHIP Enrollee Portal to sign up for the portal. Once in the portal, you can find information on billing and payments, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can also call Enrollee Services at 1-844-472-2447 (TTY 711).

 Please note: If your child is 18 years of age or older, your child will need to sign up for their own portal account. Please call Enrollee Services at 1-844-472-2447 (TTY 711) if you need help.

Yes. Keystone First – CHIP will send a new ID card to all Enrollees. You will only need the one ID card to access your health care benefits.

We will send you a Welcome Kit. We may send you other important information as well.

If you have questions about your current health care coverage, from now through June 30, 2025, please call the Keystone HMO CHIP Member Help Team Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 1-800-464-5437 (TTY/TDD users: 711).

• From now through June 30, 2025, Enrollee services is available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Beginning on July 1, 2025, Enrollee Services is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
